What should I do to file a complaint?

The will of Younited Credit is to permanently bring you the best quality of service, advice and care. 

Despite our vigilance, however, dissatisfaction or difficulties may arise. 

In this case, you can express your complaint by following the following procedure: 

1) Contact (by email or telephone) your Younited investor contact to inform him of your difficulties. 

2) If, however, you are not satisfied with the solution provided by your advisor, we invite you to make a complaint, by writing your request by email to the following address:invest@younited-credit.fr
